Mario Pattis

Mario Pattis is a very successful cook and is always looking for higher levels in his cuisine. He is one of the best in Germany. He offers modern cuisine with flavour from Saxony - what do you understand under cuisine from Saxony - this is not only Sauerbraten, Potatoe soup and spicy sauce. In libraries Mario Pattis was reading in old cooking books and he found out, that during the time of August the Strong the cuisine had a French style. In 1694 August the Strong hold a competition about cooking in Dresden and some of the best cooks of Paris, Madrid and Versailles took part in. This tradition is still alive in Saxony and Mario Pattis tries to achieve a special Saxon kingdom pleasure for cuisine. He has changed the recipes and the menus according to our time and achieved a very friendly welcome from his guests and of the gourmet critics. The cuisine is served on Meissen porcelain at the ”Gourmetrestaurant”. In our restaurant “Vitalis” we serve fresh made cuisine. So you will always find the right thing for candle light dinner, family celebration or business banqueting.
